You're right, it should be higher. Say, 25 or so. IMO people are still too immature to keep control and moderate their drinking at 21.

no. the law of 21 is what makes people act immaturely and irresponsibly with their alcohol. if i am mature enough to go to war and die for my country, i am mature enough to drink to it.
