reps or just a max?

I haven't done max in awhile. Last time I was in the gym i did 6 reps. I'm doing chest tomorrow so I'll what I can do.

Exacly. Less and less I even look in there except to laugh. Hell some days the "troll" posts make more sense than some of the crap from "fans". Everyday they start the same fires and stand around em.

Squats makes all of your other numbers go up.
