No from what I understand he is not rich. I'm pretty sure he is talking about marriage because he is thinking if he can get her to marry him then he can move over here. I told her she shouldn't marry him right now because they just met a few months ago. I always have good advice but no one listens to me lol until months later I hear "Hey remember when you told me not to marry him, well you were right I should have listened to you."

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 1. i was a huge fan of the books. read em all within 3 days after they came out. seen a few of the movies.
