Does your heart race during that moment? Mine does! There is a bridge over the interstate near my exit, and I guess how they built it, cops, can be between the bridge and the median and not be seen until we pass that section and see them in our rear view mirrors..I've seen them there multiple times...A couple weeks ago, I was passing that area and was going 15-20 over, but I was in the far right lane with other cars near me and luckily at that same time another guy was in the far left on his own...eventually that guy gets directly infront of me..and all of a sudden I see the lights flashing, the cop comes over four lanes and gets right next to me...then pulls right infront of me to pull the guy over...WHEW!

didn't think they gave tickets in charlotte. everyone thinks they are qualifying

You misunderstand I think. I never see people pulled over in charlotte but see more cops once you cross into sc.

She does. Rock Hill is just across the line about 20 minutes from Charlotte. Basically a suburb.

Exactly...Live in Rock Hill - cheaper cost of living, gas (30+ cents cheaper), etc. Work and play in Charlotte.

I guess I did...but I see more Charlotte cops than I see of anything...guess that's since I spend most time here.

And also...the SC cops hide themselves after the border on the interstate....the NC ones, not so much, they are there point blank waiting for you to cross the border since speed limit is less.

Double taxes though no? Or is that only if you live in NC and work in SC. I've interviewed people here that said they were paying double taxes to work in SC.

One of my favorite disc golf courses is in your neck of the woods. They also host the championships there.

I know...I was an alumni of that school who hosts that....I frequent that area for rollerblading, biking, and jogging since I live close...plus it's fun to watch people out there.
