I'll take some fried green maters. Local tomatoes out here are still a few weeks away. I know I might get some grief, but the local tomatoes are better than Grainger County tomatoes. This is probably the best place I've lived for fresh local produce. All the maters now are coming out of Cali and they really suck. The avacodoes are out of Florida and they double suck.

You need some maters from my hometown. You'll never want another Utah mater again.

These are really good, Lyls. Send me some/I'll compare. I, also, bought a bag of Georgia Vidallia onions a few weeks ago. They were the nastiest onion I've ever had. Threw the bag away.

I've heard that, too. The ones in the off season anyway. During season, Wal Mart and some other big stores buy a large amount. But, I was comparing these to the ones produced there 10 or so years ago. Life ain't worth livin' without a great tomato!!
