I cant ever stick with the plan. I always have to throw something else in there to try. Never smoked brats before.

I hope not. Keeping the temp around 225. Only gonna leave em in fro 1.5-2hrs.


You tried it before? Just a last min idea. If it goes bad it only cost me 4 bucks.
 
yessir, I always throw my brats or sausages on about 30 minutes before I take my main stuff up. doesnt take much heat to bust em and dry em. I was hoping to do some cooking this weekend but it doesnt look like its gonna happen. Gonna spend the day at the lake today and the boy has a state ball tournament tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday.
 
Just took 'em out bubba. Thanks for the tip. Another 45min-an hr would have been too much. I posted a pic in the 12,000th thread.
 
I one walked around London with a USA bandana. It was awesome. Had a lot outercourse that day.
