We had a similar story with a boy on our football team. He misbehaved a lot, but I think we all recognized the situation he came from didn't give him the opportunity to learn better. Unfortunately, he's in foster care and will probably continue to move from home to home.

Too many kids in similar situations, and 95% of the world doesn't care. It's sad
