Dude, I've asked that exact question to 20 people. The best answer I got was this... doing it in this order decreases the chance of post-op infection and pancreatitis.

Saw a bit of Vol merchandise for sale for the first time in the UK. Bad news is, it was a purple base snap back with a pink beak and white logo... :(

Continent I think. I don't recall ever seeing anyone with a bent flat cap. Here you either by a flat cap and keep it flat or buy a curved baseball cap.... I think we do it wrong, since you guys invented the baseball cap...
