he dug the hole, mixed the concrete, stained and cleared the pole. All I did was helped him get it level and mounted the mailbox to it. He is a pretty sharp youngster for his age. All the time I took with him showing him how to do things in paying off.

he has alot of stuff, but he works around here to help me out so I dont have as much to do when I get home on the weekend. I dont ask him to do anything that I wouldnt do.
