Was on a flight into Knoxville from Charlotte. An older couple wearing TN gear gave me a Go Vols as we were boarding when they saw my orange. When I got to my seat, said couple was having a conversation with another couple directly behind me. Just overhearing the conversation, turns out it was the Levis folks. Random, huh?

They said Will is banged up (which we knew). The Mom blamed his OL.

They claimed “Kroger field is loud too!”

They were not wearing big blue.

I don’t buy he is inured. My son and a few of his friends still in Sp Hill know the twins (KY freshmen from Middle TN). They say he is doing well in practice with no limitations so take it for what it’s worth.

It sounds as some are making excuses in advance in case the young man has a bad game. His draft status is still high, but there is concern he may fall with a couple of average games.
