Ramon Foster

This might be true... But I'd bet Peyton says "University of Tennessee" every single time...

But they don't get to pick Peyton's quotes like everyone else. Peyton tells NBC and CBS announcers what lingerie he would like their wives to be wearing when he comes to smash that later. True Dom!

What's the problem with a shoutout to his HS?

It's not like he's saying Roll Tide or something

Now, how did I know when I saw the thread title that it would be about this? Did I see the lineup intros? Yes. Did I notice Ramon gave props to his HS? Barely. Should I have known that some paranoid Vols fan would make a big deal out of it? Absolutely.

Just curious here. I'm watching the Steelers vs Bengals game and when they did the lineups, Ramon Foster said he comes from Ripley High School instead of saying University of Tennessee. I don't know if it's the tale of the two Fosters, but first Arian did it, now Ramon is doing it.

Good grief.

Unreal, a former player don't say UT and it's a conspiracy and the OP gets out of his chair and starts a thread. smh.

Look, Ill say this. Ramon is one of my best friends. He says Ripley High School sometimes, to give them props and to let evryone know where he started from. Most know of Tennessee and where he went to college, but most dont know what High Schools these guys come from.

Believe me, of all people, this guy is all orange and a VFL. I will gaurantee you that.

Haha and none of you have a clue. I like to listen to where all the players come from. I just happened to hear he said his high school instead of UT. I don't watch NFL games that much and I just thought that most of the time, they say their colleges, not their high school. I remember when Arian did this, everyone posted about it. I do it just out of curiosity (and not bashing the guy at all) and I get hell for it. I never once said he "wasn't a VFL" or any crap like that. I was just wondering. Have a good day sir

Very much so this dude is like my lil brother as is his brother Ron Slay. We livean exit from each other in Hendersonville. Everything he has cars etc has the Power T on it. People have to understand UT is not the only school guys like to pay homage to.

I don't watch a lot of Steelers games but of the ones I've seen, he's said Ripley more often than UT
