He was of course a combo guard(a quick shooting guard who can't shoot), but he did a pretty good job his Freshman season. But he fell apart in the middle of his Sophomore season. He was bad, really bad.

What happened? Was it off the court stuff?

Yes, he got into serious trouble, but I think he avoided hard time. No idea where he ended up but I hope he’s okay and got past his issues

There were rumors that he was connected to a murder, and that the reason Tyler Smith had a gun was because he was scared of Ramar. There was a lot of shadiness at that time.

Ramar was out of control both on and off the court. He committed so many turnovers on fast breaks.

Kevin Nash was of course a center, but he did a pretty good job his first three seasons. But then he wasn’t on the team for his senior season.

What happened? Was it off the court stuff? I know he was a bit of an outsider, but did he ever make anything of himself?

He did he ever take a snap when he played football? I remember him going through spring practice, but I don't recall him playing.

I think he did, actually.

Edit: Asumnu shows up on Florida’s participation report for the 2006 game. Special teams?

What ever happened to Rashard Lee? I don't think I've ever seen him discussed on VN. Not a big stat guy, but he got a little better each year he played ( late 90's). I think he played overseas several years

For all the good things he did, Bruce had a lot of shady characters in his program at that time. If I remember correctly, there was speculation about whether or not Bruce would be able to keep Ramar on the up and up when he signed because of some behavioral issues he had in high school. Could be misremembering. I do know that neither Michigan nor Michigan State offered him which should have raised some red flags.

Remember Rashard's Row? He was a decent shooter after Pube Hair head went to Northwestern.
