With all these news surrounding O, Gran and Wilson, is it time for Hammy to quickly react to this by giving them raises? I bet he was waiting until the Vols bowl game to talk about this with Kiffin but looks like it may be sooner than later.

Our coaching staff is among the highest paid in college football and it looks like it maybe a little more higher.

Can this staff possibly have two coaches making at least a mil a year?

it already does
CLK- 2.3 million or about that and
CMK - 1.5 million or round about

Actually I should have said assistant coaches. The head coach is a no brainer and Monte needs to be paid the big bucks.

No way Gran stays IMO. Jimbo will throw the money out there and im not sure we match it. I hope he stays, it will be a huge loss

Way I see it, if Tuberville gets a head coaching job Gran is gone anyways....I wish him the best.

I don't see Orgeron leaving. I think we can replace Wilson. On the other hand, we need to open up the wallets for Gran. If its about money, we can cover it, if we want to.

they were going to get raises. BUT, not 100% increases... Hammy doesn't have that kind of money laying around

All it takes is one very wealthy doner and we have a few VERY wealthy ones that love our vols. :dance2:

Gran is the best recruiter on the staff, and a very good coach as well. It would be a huge loss.

You go Obama....just throw money at it and it will work out just fine!

that sounds just like what Bush did :)

I'm just waiting on if it is all just speculation on the coaches are leaving,I know there have been offers, but we don't know if they have been accepted or are just using them to get a raise
