Rain

I would think it would help the less talented team aka Vandy. We have the advantage at the WR position against their secondary and rain typically makes throwing and catching more difficult. So, I would expect us to lean towards running the ball more. The only way Vandy can hang in this game is if they limit our possessions and it becomes a ball control game. We still win, imo, but it makes things a little more difficult for the Vols.

Rain favors the offensive team in passing the ball. DBs are reacting to what WRs are doing which happens slower in the rain.

I’m fired up. Jus told my 16 ur old son to come home from bus friend’s house and forget the Summit High Semis game. We have a 3 hr trip to Knoxville tonight. I’m stoked!

Go Vols!

this fires me up!

Looks like light rain in the first half, heavier in the second half, so we need to get a good lead by half time.

The difference in the hourly forecasts by Accuweather and Weather.com is striking. If Accuweather is right, we'll stay mostly dry. If Weather.com (The Weather Channel) is right, we'll be wet the whole game (those of us not under cover).
