Raid the portal?

With a ridiculous amount of firings this year there are bound to be more than usual studs in the portal.

I’m eyeing some from auburn- dt and corner.. Their defense has been good. We obviously need safety help too..

Do you think Heup goes heavier in the portal this year or tries to trust development? I recognize about 50% of our team are freshman.

He knows they better be a good solid 2 deep with talent at DB after this year

Would like to see them get a dynamic running back that can catch the ball out of the back field so we can use our backs on more wheel routes and drop offs to slow down a good pass rush.

I’m amazed at how bad our rb’s hands are.

Will be an incredible amount of competition for portal talent. Outside of QB, everyone is coveting the same positions.

We need a kicker that’s not a head case. We need a lot of help on D. Think we can be ok on offense if we can play clean football and stop with the stupid penalties
