I'd like to see Gundy hired and bring RM in as his DC.

Gundy is not a good recruiter!!! Look at OSU since he has been coach, never in the top 20 in recruiting. Tennessee must get a good recruiter as Head Coach in order to be successful. Strong or Franklin would be better choices. Strong was known as one of the Gators best recruiters and Franklin is kicking our tail on the recruiting scene.
