40 is old for a rock star.... Keith Richards and Mick Jager are freaks of nature.

i am holding out hope for a PJ/SG/TOTD tour. that would be absolutely unreal. i'd have to see 2 shows minimum.
I'm bumping a month old thread to say that if that ever happened, I would impregnate my wife so I could trade my first born for tickets.

Born of a Broken Man.

I had no clue what it meant... almost went deaf listening to it.

I saw them in Atlanta on their tour for Battle of L.A. It was a super show, but I don't think I fit in very well. I had a few individuals scream at me for what I was wearing, which was a polo and jeans. Apparently they knew for a fact that Cambodian children had died while making my shirt, specifically.

rage honestly changed the way i look at music. i hope they do tour again. on a side note, i did hear soundgarden is getting back together.
They've been back together for over a year now. Word is, their new album is complete and set to release early 2012. They performed on Conan the first week it was on TBS. Link. They'll also be headlining The Voodoo Experience in New Orleans on Halloween.

EDIT - guess I should pay attention to dates.......

Rage is awesome! I was with a tour group at the Louvre in Paris a few years ago. A girl in my group started screaming. We asked her what was wrong and she told us she had just seen Brandon Boyd of Incubus. We told her to leave him alone and we were sure that he didn't want to be bothered. Anyways, she pushed and shoved people out the way so she could catch up with him. I saw her at the end of the tour and she handed me a VIP pass to go see Rage Against the Machine with her and Incubus. We were given after show party passes too, but for some reason the bouncers wouldn't let us in. Regardless, they put on an awesome show! :rock2:
