Note: When quals are rained, snowed (as may happen in Bristol) or otherwise cancelled due to various weather situations, no pole winner is declared and the current points leader is in front of the pack. Therefore, no points awarded due to a bad weather day.

Not sure what you mean. Like I said, if the quals are cancelled due to weather no one has get points for picking any driver even though the points leader starts the race on the pole. Also no one in NASCAR gets an automatic at Daytona next spring because the points leader gets the pole.

i mean, what if our pick is that qualifying gets rained out?

As I stated before, if there is a weather cancellation and the points leader start on the pole and someone has picked them, there is NO POINTS awarded. Quals were/are cancelled. That's been standard,
