I've been going to Neyland since 1981. I saw Jeff Francis get smothered by Cornelius Bennett. I saw Tony Robinson lose a knee. I saw Andy Kelly go down by 3 touchdowns at Notre Dame. I have never seen a UT Vol wearing the orange quit like Tyler Bray quit tonight....disgraced and disappointed. Tennessee Tech maybe a better place for him?

We didn't quit we just got really tired chasing the opponent to the end zone, running the ball for 1yd per carry and throwing the ball away.

I blame Dooley for allowing it to happen, I do not blame him for Bray being a quitter. It seems to me like Dooley has been afraid of getting in Bray's face. He needs to lay into to him every once in a while and knock him of his pedestal.

Dooley didn't quit...Bray quit. Dooley doesn't throw the passes or smoke dope

On an unrelated note I hate it when idiots say smoke dope in place of pot. By definition dope is a man made chemical compound. Like crack. Doubt that bray smokes dope. Maybe smokes a little weed but that has nothing to do with why we lost. We lost because uf players were more motivated than us and their coaches out schemed outs

Bray has some serious questions to answer after this game. Unhappy with playcalling? Not sure about the system? Uncomfortable with SEC caliber defense? Not enough talent around you? I am not sure if this kid has lost it or never had it to begin with.

This performance should have Bray at the tattoo removal place - getting his back fixed. His name will never be associated with stars.

Bray may have all the tools to be a championship QB, but it is time to consider starting one of the other guys. You can't have the leader of the team (whether or not he wants to be, he is the leader) quit like that. It's one thing to be frustrated, but it is entirely different to give up like that. That's twice now he has quit during a game. Bench him.

It really sucks because I like Dooley as a person and wished he would pull through this year...but there are no more "we were young" excuses...The coaching staff have plenty of talent on the team,MEAN talent but couldnt lead or prepare worth a damn. Idk what's happenin....but I was REALLY disappointed by the way we gave up..:mf_surrender::confused::furious3::shakehead:

We went up 20-13 after the half yet another missed extra point! They got the ball we got the ball right back. We didnt even try and get a first down much less a score! This was our demise! For the record Z-Ro caught every thing within a 5 ft radius of him! Unlike the rest of the receivers who couldn't catch balls that hit them in the #'s, hands, or anywhere for that matter!

Quitting is a problem this team has had for years in the FL game. Well before the Dooley era. I am just glad that they didn't fold as soon as the Gators scored the first time. We waited until the end of the third quarter to give up. Our D was gassed and our offense was frustrated. Bray was truly rattled and so was Hunter. I could tell that CP was irritated at the way the rest of the team was laying down and it effected him once he picked up on it. I hope that someone on the coaching staff picks up on the fact that we are going to have to have a QB that can scramble to truly compete.

Bray has all the tools but as I have mentioned 2000 X before on here, it falls on Jim Chaney not being able to develop him into good QB. Bray has yet to scan the field and still continues to stare down one WR. He still makes the stupid inmature mistakes he made as a freshman. He acts like freshman and still cannot show leadership in tough times like tonignt. Yeah, he might come out and continue to put big numbers, but he will never be considered anything but average.
