Oh I see what your saying. But they dont go on sale until tom. but I guess if all the season ticket holders have the good seats...then they are only going to have nose-bleeds left to sell. Good point! I was hoping to find them a little early and save some money but I guess it's impossible for a big SEC match-up like this one.

I'm sure most SEC schools allow this..But at Jordan-Hare you can start sitting up your tailgate as early as Thursday night. Is UT the same way. I live out in Nashville and was thinking about driving out Friday night and sitting up my tailgate to get a good spot. Is this allowed on your campus?

391..was is a visitors section? I've read it was. And yes Checker, you guys have a very nice site here. I'm a regular on the Auburn forums obviously but I do not tend to prowl other teams forums often. So this is a first for me. lol

And the story for Auburn is much like it is for you guys. Some good talent at spots, but a very young group of guys. Whole new staff with a newly implemented scheme. I don't "drink the kool-aid" like most fans do. After last season I am ready for another -.500 season. But given enough time I believe both of our programs could be battling in SEC championship again in the near future. We don't have any phenom level players like Berry, so we will have to play well above out actual talent level just to get to .500, which will be an accomplishment IMO for this season for my tigers. Depth is our biggest issue. We do have some SEC caliber 1st level players but as soon as injuries happen, and we all know they will playing in the best damn conference in the country, we will go straight down hill. Our 2nd level is scary; The smallest 2nd level offensive line in the country, just as one example. Very sub-SEC in depth. If we can keep the nerves down, I think we could meet you guys with only one loss however and make it a great SEC showdown.

Refreshing candor from an opposing fan -- the SC and FL ones should take a lesson.

Just a realist Orange...don't get me wrong..I LOOOVVEE my Tigers. But I don't expect miracles. I know we can be good in time, but this is not the season for Auburn greatness.

And I haven't heard anything about charging for tailgating man...I don't know how they could actually do that.

While tailgating at Vandy last season the person who owned the land showed up after about 3 hours of beer pong and sweat tea vodka shots (if you haven't had them they are a must for a Southern tailgater) and asked for $20 per vehicle. She was met with much laughter, but shortly after the police arrived we all ended up paying. That was about the most Jew thing I have seen while tailgating, but I guess we could have to pay if the guys with guns start helping collect the fee. A load of garbage if you ask me.

It's irrelevant regardless...We walked away with a W..but there was clearly no winner in that game.

Agree...AU at #103 and UT at #115 in total offense is not pretty.

UT had a stellar defense at #3 with ZERO offesnse meaning if we had produced a few more ofensive drives we would have been #1. AU at #29 was average on defense.

The common thread is we both had great HC's (at one time) that had met the end of the road and secondly both hired hotshot spread OC's in a futile attempt to survive another year...and destroyed their teams and injured their legacy for selfish ambition...and now they play golf together.
