With most of the Top 100 2017 prospects making their decisions in the next week or so, I was wonder which player committed to a school that you think might have second thoughts and be looking to transfer after their freshman season or who may have verballed and not signed an will probably decommit. I am asking because some of these schools have signed like 3 or 4 prospects who play the same position/style of play and they all can't play at once.

I think it's early to too early to tell. I can't imagine any of these players second guessing their ideas without getting on the court first and seeing where they fit in the rotation.

Besides, it's no different than when Tennessee signed the class with Shekinna, Alicia and Amber all Top 15 wing players with Angie Bjorklund already locked in to one of the starting spots.

Not sure about the players, but players on teams like Baylor, Louisville and Connecticut come to mind.

Louisville and Connecticut, how many guards do you need? Connecticut signed 3 quality guards and I could see one of them transferring in the future, but who knows.

I think transfers always depend on playing time and how you are playing on the court. I think it is well known that some coaches encourage players that don't pan out in their program to move on to free up scholarships. You get to a school as a freshman and then your buried for a couple years behind players only a grade ahead of you it makes you see the light.
Some players also get homesick and want to transfer closer to home.
I don't think players pay enough attention to rosters when they are making their decision. It is usually based on their visit and like for the coaches.
I think Holly has done a good job of balancing the roster to prevent a total lack of playing time that makes players want to transfer. We lost one because of home sickness and a couple of others were encouraged or told to leave when Pat was still coaching.
I think I could pick out some players that might want to transfer but that would be after final rosters are determined and we see who is playing and who is not playing. I don't see many players committed changing their minds. We will probably see more players already on rosters leaving when some of these new players get to school.
