1) How much do I need to expect to pay for parking?
2) How close are the parking lots from the stadium?
3) Are there any decent restraunts around the stadium?
4) Are the concessions like ours?
5) What gate do I need to go to to see Our VOLS get off the bus and go into the stadium? Is it fenced in or can we high five them before they enter the stadium?

Any other advice will help, first trip to T-Town.

Thanks in advance GO V O L S :clapping:

When we went two years ago, it seemed to me that the parking situation was similar to ours. We parked in a bank parking lot < mile from stadium for $20-25. Don't remember much else haha (it was a long day).
I do remember that Dreamland BBQ is awesome. There is a small one in Tuscaloosa but I prefer the Birmingham location if you have a choice (much larger and faster on gameday).
I'll be there again this year, GO VOLS!

Parking - There is a lot just south of the stadium. See the link below:

UA Gameday Mobile : Home

The stadium is in the middle of campus. Most decent restaurants are off McFarland Blvd. Buses will carry you in and out. The link details most of that.

Hope to see you there!

V, B!

We had no trouble with parking a couple of years ago, and aside from being hot as blazes that day, nothing really stood out about the stadium. "The Strip" is basic. People were generally very hospitable.

1-Free.Bammers dont understand the concept of money
2- there arent any parking lots there. Bammer fans are too poor and stupid to drive. If u see one driving, watch out.
3- Only restaurant there is by the creek where people with one teeth and mullets catch fish and drink 40 oz miller high lifes
4- No concessions. The alabama apparel u see them wearing they took from the players when they snuck in the locker room while everyone was showering.
5-......dont know

Two years ago I parked at a bowling alley on their strip everyone is talking about that was being manned by Boy Scouts I believe for about $10. It was about a 15 min. walk to the stadium from there, that's probably my plan for this saturday as well.

1 - parking can be a challenge - most, if not all on-campus lots are reserved for Tide Pride members. With a little driving early in the day, it is possible to find a spot on a (non-yellow) curb. Unlike some SEC towns, you wont be ticketed or towed if you follow basic parking laws.
2 - if you cant park on-campus - there are bus lots from other areas of town. (See link below)
3 - If by 'restaurant' you man bar, then YES. The Strip is literally a block from the stadium. The new Houndstooth is awesome with probably 30-40 HD tv's, most of them viewable from a single spot. Visit Galette's for a 'yellowhammer' and it will help your um.... 'enthusiasm' for the game!
4 - Not sure what you mean by 'like ours'... While I have been to Neyland, I don't remember going to get anything. (many reasons for that) Some concession stands have Dreamland BBQ... most have other standard fare like pizza, nachos, etc.
5 - I am REALLY not sure about this one... since there is construction going on for the expansion, I am not sure how that will work.

Here is a good link with MUCH more info -> UA Gameday

The strip used to be so much better back about 5-10 years ago. I crawled out of the 'tooth' many times, lol, before they "cleaned" it up.

Oh... there are still plenty of 'Holes in the Wall' for your stumbling pleasure!
