Has anyone in the athletic department addressed all of the rumblings about Phil? Trust me, it's all over, not just up there in Tenn., it's down here in Fl., and on every major site, newspaper, etc.
This is where the AD or President will usually come out and give him the dreaded "vote of confidence". Will this happen if you lose at Auburn if it hasn't already?

Yes, he got a contract extension and raise last year with another year added on each year he wins at least 8 games.

the contract he got over this past off season is going to come back and haunt some folks if we do in fact lose to Auburn, GA and Bama.

but as of now, the contract is what will keep him here seemingly forever.......

The contract will not be an issue if the decision is made to replace CPF. I guarantee you that.

no, if that decision comes around, they'll make it. but it'll cost 'em a lot more now than it would have. but make no mistake, it won't be Hamilton pulling the trigger all by his lonesome........

That's what Jimmy Hyams said on the radio show following the Vol Network broadcast last Saturday. He didn't equivocate at all.

Tennessee can afford anybody they want at any given time and that means if buying out a huge contract is in order, they can do that...I honestly do not see fulmer being here next season...Just a feeling but I think He resigns effective at the end of the season if things do not turn around quickly...that would mean beating Auburn, UGA, Alabama....A sweep by those guys is the final nail in the coffin I would believe...Losing to UK or Vandy and a vote of confidence will invoke a riot lol

That contract is gold for Fulmer if he hits 8 wins and fools gold for him if he does not. His only hope is a repeat of 2007 that many don't see as a possibility. How many games can "Fulmer's back be against the wall and he will respond" type games. That rally cry is growing older by the losses.

Not really it just spreads a little more money over a lot longer time.

Hamilton was stupid to give Fulmer that extension so quick. After this weekend he's gonna look even worse.
