Question to season ticket holders

UT switched to a new provider for ticket and donation management software, so it's now all one system internally. All of the website features have not yet been rolled out, but when they are you will be able to see everything you did before.

Looks like this is loaded. Try logging into your Tennessee Fund account and it forwards you to the new site. Look at "Ticket History" and you can see your away game seats and parking spot for 2016. New site looks slick!

I just logged in to the new site. So far, so good for me. I like having everything in one place. My parking assignment sucks again. But I am very low in the pecking order. So I can't be too upset about that.

DP, any word if Georgia will be alloting more visitor tickets? I'm currently on a waiting list, and I'm anxiously waiting to hear back.

Want to see bad but not friendly to iPhone. Every time I hit account it goes back after a .5 second view of list. Hope I can see things on PC tonight.

FYI they may have removed it. Just tried to look again and the link wasn't there. I assume they are still working on the site.

Tried on the galaxy tab and did get to see account but had my rank which feel like 500 spots. Must have been a lot of big time donors.

I was told tickets will be sent out August 3rd, per a rep at Tennessee Fund.

Opposing schools never allot more tickets for away games, the visitor allotment is what it is, 9% of capacity, for SEC games.

If you're on a waiting list, then you're actually waiting to see if donors ahead of you decide to return their tickets in the visitor section.

Season tickets are shipped directly from the printer. Once UT sends the "final" address list to the the printer the first week of July, then the printing company charges UT a fee to make any changes to the list, which is passed on to the customer.

Part of the reason for the charge is that once they receive the list, the printer begins printing out the paid UPS labels/envelopes and starts packing tickets in those envelopes. So there's a strong likelihood that your envelope has already been created, packed and sealed, so they have an actual cost in finding an pulling your envelope, printing a new paid label and preparing that for shipping. It's not just "a few keystrokes," it's an actual process with actual costs to the printer.

I'm set to close on my home next week. I was told the same thing. $25 and I told them to piss up a rope. We are moving across town and I know the buyers. My guess is a forwarding address would probably work. We'll see.

That's what I'm banking on too; except I'm not quite sure where I want to forward them cause I'm a week away and still not sure where we're gonna live until our new house is finished in September. The joys of moving.

Edit: guess I won't count on forwarding according to DP.

Again, tickets are shipped directly from the printer and it's their policy and charge, not UT's.

They are shipped via UPS, so having your US Mail forwarded will not forward your tickets.

Then I'll be greatly pissed if they're not here in a week as I was persuaded not to spend the $25 by UT, after willing to do so.

They aren't scheduled to be shipped until the last week of this month, so I don't think you will get them by next week. Some may start to show up by the end of next week, but I wouldn't count on it.

You know Colby? If so, go tell him he was wrong and provided the customer wrong information.

you might be better off calling UPS and asking them to hold them and go pick them up. I think you will get an email when they ship with a tracking number to reference when you call. it will be August before season tickets ships is what I was told this morning. Bristol tickets start shipping tomorrow
