Lawgator, I've always respected your post on this board. As a Florida Fan, who would you like to see start at QB on Saturday for the Vols?
Crompton or Stephens?

I would love to see if Tennessee won 2-3 years in a row how long he would stick around.

I'd like for the Vols to win 2-3 years in a row, regardless of whether he sticks around or not.

I have a question for Law Gator, how can you be a fan of such a disgustingly nauseating team with their horrible color scheme, goody two shoes qb and coach and jort wearing fans? Its like drinking a cup of turd syrup and I will never understand it.

I really don't think the gator fans are too worried about which qb starts.

It should be about the same result either way...

Crompton is obviously the better of the two or he wouldn't be starting.

Because they win games and championships?

I'll answer the original question in a moment, but this post caught my eye and I must respond with a question of my own...

How do you know what its like to drink a cup of turd syrup?

Thank you for the prelude.

As to your question, I think you have to stick with Crompton.

First, asking NS to step in as the starter at the buzzsaw that is sure to be this Saturday, absent an injury to JC, is just asking way too much and on short notice to both him and the rest of the team.

Second, given the team discord that apparently surrounds JC right now, if CLK yanks him it sends such the wrong message to the team that they have some input in the decision.

Third, if CLK still thinks Crompton is the best QB, even if its just marginally, then you have to stick with that.

Fourth, if you bench Crompton now, it pretty much guarantees that he is lost for the season in any role, either as back up or coming back in as starter if NS failed, because of the insult it would represent and I just can't see him geting over that.

you lost me after the first line.

You had me at Hello.

did LG create himself an alter ego?

My ego is so big that if there was an alter one the universe would implode of its own gravity.

It might do that anyway, by the way, but an alter ego for me would make it happen like super quick.

Their color scheme looks like something out of a poorly illustrated comic book. Just another reason to hate 'em.

Thanks for the reply Lawgator.
Very valid points.:hi:

Do you think CLK has ever experienced the atmosphere he will see on Sat?
