Question about Squirrel White

I don't know, but it seemed like he regressed his last 2 seasons here. Always body catching balls and leaving his feet, even when he didn't need to.
I don’t understand why we’re talking about White leaving and not Nimrod. Seems to me the better guy is at USF playing for Golesh.

He had 1 catch
Thanks for the post I was miffed when I read that Squirrel looked great vs Bama. I watched most of the game just missed a little and I forgot he was playing for FSU and never heard his name mentioned. I think he was too small to play every down he was good for a long pass every now and then. I think UT didn't see him as a starter and he did. Also, seemed to have injury problems with a small frame. Dont think he will be missed but Vol fans love a player with a catchy nickname or a name that rhymes with BOO.🤣

In the NIL era, anytime you ask why’d he leave?- 99% of the time the answer is going to be they followed the payday.

As a sports fan I hate it, remembering my 18 year old self I know I’d of done the same. It is the game we live in now.

Nimrod has 10 catches for 120 yards week one.
Happy for him, but tbf, Nimrod almost has more yards in 1 game at USF than he did all last year at UT.

I do suspect that one reason so many WRs were looking for other places to go at the end of last season was they didn't like playing with Nico. Weird how we were struggling to get WRs for awhile and now all the of the sudden we're not, and the only thing that changed was the QB.

It is worth noting that on Squirrels one catch he couldn’t keep his feet. One could say he made a great diving catch, others would say he should have hit another gear and ran through the ball.

Must have been 2 drops, could have mixed him up with other players a time or two, i was pretty drunk when i was watching it, but he definitely dropped atleast 2 in the first quarter
If he had drops then they would be recorded in the DR column which records 0 drops for him. You must have been drunker that you thought.

He probably got tired of Nico overthrowing 90% of his passes. We could use him now. JMHO

Didn't seem that way to me. In 23 when Thornton and McCoy were limited SW was the primary target catching 67. 24 was a different story with Thornton, McCoy and Brazzell being targeted more.
