I think that would be around the endzone where the players come out. Good view of jumbotron & closer to field. I would say do it. Posted via VolNation Mobile
I've sat in both. Thought Q was better...not as apt to get asked to sit down and I felt like I was in the mix more. Also if you're that low it's harder to see what's going on in the opposite endzone Posted via VolNation Mobile
I think Q is pretty good. My seats are in QQ , but my good friend that goes w/me to the games sits in Q as well, pretty close to you (not sure which row, but it's right above the concourse entranceway). Before he moved to Q he was in X1. I only sat with him there once, but I think that Q is better b/c you can see the jumbotron a little closer, and the band is a little louder. JMHO
Yea I like Q just fine. But I want to be closer than row 25, but nothing is available. I don't know. I should have checked it out at the O&W game to see if I liked it over in X1
I have sat in pretty much every section of Neyland and have found the south (Q,QQ,P,PP, etc)sections to be more lively than the north and east sections (X,XX,Y,YY,etc). Still can see the jumbotron from there. Great view of the field. Sound from the band is direct with no echo or delay.
I've sat in Q as those are my current season seats. I haven't seen the seats in X1. Another poster just got seats in row 7 of X1 and it looks like a good view. It's a tough choice
Closer is not better under 15..especially fom the endzone areas. I finally went upper deck because I have been unfortunate to sit next to hefty people. I stand and sit in my chairback in ZZ trying to make the rest of the section get off their butts. It is nice though from Q sat there back in the day. X has been known to have some probs with the over actor drunks. Last year there was some big drunken scene according to my friend with season tix that kept the game an afterthought.

X4 or 5. Something about a drunken wife turned crazy. I thought something was posted here about it but maybe not. I sometimes tailgate with the guy and he talked about it ever since.
No way I'd sit down that low in an endzone if I had another option. Your depth perception of anything happening on the other side of the 50 will be nil and I doubt you'll be able to see anything happening on the near sideline due to the bench being in the way.
