I will be driving up from the crappy state of Alabama for the open practice. I will be bringing my mother, since we are the only VOLS fans in the family. I called and asked about handicap parking and shuttle service. They informed me that the shuttles will not run. Does anyone have any information about where we can park to avoid a lengthy walk?

Wondering the same question. Bringing my father in law who has a hard time walking. It may just be that you have to get there early to get a close spot.

I received an email on Tuesday that said shuttles will start running at 4:30 from the Ag Campus.

Admission to the event and parking will both be free of charge, and concession stands will be open. Parking will be available in the following lots: G-3, G-4, G-5, G-10, and Staff Lot 9.

Free parking will be available at the Ag campus with a free shuttle starting at 5 p.m. and running until one hour after the practice concludes.

That is good info. I usually park at the AG campus and ride the shuttle, but the lady just told me the shuttles will not be running.

I just called back and asked her to double check. She talked with someone else, and did say that the shuttles will be running, starting at 4:30. Knoxville bound in the A.M. Go Vols!

Your state of TN tax dollars at work. I hope that she does something well.

Per Game Day web site, Cumberland Ave will have one way open each direction, Phillip Fulmer northbound will close at 4:30 and Gates 4,14,20 and 21 will open at 5:45. Those of you fortunate to attend, have a wonderful time. Getting ready to take spouse to airport.
