Question about hokiesports

I ordered tickets from hokiesports last week. I was wondering if anyone else had ordered from there and if anyone knew about an expected shipping date. I didn't see anything in my confirmation email.
Before you flame me, I searched for my answer and didn't find anything.

They usually send them out 10 days before an event. At least that's how it worked the last CFA bowl I went to.

Jokes on you!!! Hokiesports doesn't send tickets to Tennessee!!!

In all honesty I don't know. I've gotten my tickets all year in PDF printouts 3-4 days before gameday.

I guess I'm just nervous about the no refund policy and the holiday season. I know that sometimes mail gets backed up during Christmas time, but I'd rather my tickets get here on time than a card from my grandmother

When I ordered my tickets (not thru hokiesports), I received an email confirmation that said expected shipping date of December 18.
