Question about Erik Ainge

Brett plays in 200 and some odd games straight and Aaron comes in for one play and broke his foot last year.

Publicly the Pack are really big on Rodgers, but more than a few people have said off the record that we're in worse shape than we're already in if Brett goes down. Rodgers has done nothing to impress me in preseason games or junk time. Craig Nall would have been good, but he's gone, It sucks when a late pick who has learned the game for 2 seasons and is capable gets canned to make a spot for a project

I've heard the same thing. They are giving him the vote of confidence to the media, but wouldn't play him unless they had no other choice.

The Jets won't draft a qb per they have Kellen Clemens waiting in the wings and are very high on him.

Anyone besides me think that what would benefit Ainge the most is not better receivers but a better running game? Honestly, a running game that forces the safeties to come up would open up a lot of stuff down field, even with the current crop of receivers. Frankly, I'm surprised Ainge has put up the stats he has so far this season (dropped passes, no running game, pinky, etc.)
