Just a quick question about Drew. I have some Ole Miss fans that are saying that Drew is upset about his lack of playing time. Is this just them being upset he is at UT or is there some merit to these claims?

Nobody wants to be redshirted. But the truth of the matter is, is that he would have been redshirted at most places, including Ole Miss.

These fans of Ole Miss are also fans of MUS where he went to high school and they think they are in the know.

If they were in the know, they would have said he was upset about not playing this year instead of he is upset about his lack of playing time. Those are two very distinct differences that tells me that they are FOS.

Friends Of Saban?

Jeez, man. That's about the lowest thing you could ever call someone.

He probably would have been redshirting at Ole Miss too. Both coaching staffs knew he wasn't going to see much of the field his freshmen year, but Drew never wanted to believe that. If you look at most of Ole Miss's freshmen class, they are redshirting almost every single guy.

Drew needs to realize his time is coming. It is very hard to play as a freshmen in the SEC and be any good. Laremy Tunsil is a rare dude.

He sees the other true freshmen on UT getting in the games now -- 5 stars dont like to sit same deal with Dormady (people claiming he will transfer)

"I'm upset about not playing, so I will transfer and sit out a year". Don't see it

Or even worse end up like Mitch Mustain did at USC -- dumbest transfer move ever

Yes. There are many that it doesn't work out for. If they want to go to JC/FCS that's another story but going to a major program wastes a year. If I put a year in and have sat a year, I'm going to try to ride it out, serves little purpose to transfer just because of PT or redshirting first year

Ole Miss is redshirting their whole 2015 class so he'd be redshirting right now at Ole Miss.

A while ago I mentioned this in the recruiting forum before he flipped his commit. Drew is a good player, but he doesn't have that special look in his eyes, the look jack jones has. That look separates the greats. I'm not knocking him, he is a gifted athlete but that is just my opinion from being around for a while.

Evidently he can't beat out freshman Chance Hall for the RT position.

He got moved over to LT during Fall camp. That move was basically because Chance was ahead of him developmentally, so they thought Chance would be able to help them this year at RT (which was true)

He'll be a stud for us next year.

Our young O line had great potential for several years to come.

Future is super bright!

those probably get deleted, but it's my job to express my hatred for that school whenever the opportunity presents itself
