Believe or not we still have games to play and I can't wrap my mind around which quarterback should be given the reigns to this team. I do believe our offensive woes have caused a lot of defensive issues. Do u folks think JG can handle the duties. I hope to see a spark every time he comes in but he always seems confused. Does he just need a few games under his belt? But nonetheless, we need to stick with one QB the rest of this year.

At this point you roll will JG and hope for the best. It can't be any worse than today and he's a better fit for the system. Keep McBride's redshirt intact. This season is done.

I don't understand how people are still wondering what to do here. QD looked like trash today. We lost 41-0. IT DOESN'T GET WORSE than that. Put JG in. He won't fix the problems, no, but he is younger and could use the experience. Jesus it's not a hard concept.

Might as well build up and develop JG. The problem is the current coach doesn’t build and develop anyone so

Simple QD is a Junior and JG is a Freshman, QD hasn't looked any better then JG so get the young guy as many first team reps and starts as he can since QD has proved he can't get anything done and he won't be here long term anyways.

QD should see zero playing time going forward. Butch should give him an unconditional release to transfer to a school that runs an offense that fits his skill set.

I'd play JG just because QD just doesn't seem to have a college level QB IQ....he consistently makes bad throws - throws that shouldn't be made as well as missing throws to open receivers...but it's the throws that shouldn't be made that make me question his QB instincts..

JG doesn't look like a dual threat QB but he needs to play the next 5 games...then we'll know more
