QB/Receiver Duo ranks UT #3

WVU gets a (and Tavon Austin). Where's our (and Justin Hunter)? We're also #4, not #3.

Good point...it's like they gave Hunter the honorable mention, but with him coming off a major injury, I'm guessing they just didn't think he was worth the full mention yet.

I think JH will have a statistically better year in terms of yards and TDs, but DR will be the grind it out possession receiver and will be a better NFL commodity.

this from the article made me laugh

"the Bray-Rogers duo is what really will make it go"

As long as everyone looks to Rogers as the biggest threat, Hunter will kill em

Exactly. I remember Hunters freshman year he was open deep alot because teams feared D. Moore...and with good reason.

I agree with the ranking, but what I find amusing is the fact that Rodgers isn't No. 1.

I think its realistic to expect our talent to be top 5 passing attack among FBS if we can only move the ball through the air. Hope desperately we can run efficiently and don't have to. If Brays throwing for 350 a game we only win 7 games maybe 8. I think if we can run for 4 yards a carry we can win 10 games. JMO FWIW

I'm good with any rating that keeps us under the radar for the first part of the season. I would not mind at all if NC State was thinking "These guys lost to Kentucky."

4 is about right - I might have put them ahead of WVU at #3 but they had a good year last year so get it

on talent (not system) I think Clemson and USC are the only ones with guns to match our QB and top 3 receivers - this is assuming CP is in academically and SammyW for Clemson is on the team next year

Hunter will kill them either way as long as he's healthy. He's that damn good. Very few have shown the ability or "want to" to go up and catch the ball at its highest point like he does. Did I mention speed and size to boot.
