and Price was on Swain the other day saying the dame thing about JG.

it's all just everyone's best guess based on what little they've seen and and heard about this competition. so tifwiw.

Sounds to me like each one of them have a 50% chance of winning the job.

So your telling mer there's a chance.......

Only few days ago I heard Austin Price say that Chryst's chances of winning the starting job were on life support.

I won't believe anything until I know it comes from CJP. And as reticent as that man is, we may not know who the starting QB is until game time.

Upside is it’s good to see healthy competition for the starter spot. Downside is if they’re this close it’s more likely the 2 guy will get a case of the butthurts. And every time the starter throws a bad pass the fans will be clamoring for the backup.

Yuck, I feel like a negavol.

I'd rather see a QB who isn't connected to Botch Jones pathetic offense taking the snaps;) That's just me,however;)

Yes, it's Chryst's to lose. I explained this in another thread.
Pruitt did not bring in a grad transfer senior from a power 5 school to back up JG. Nope.
If you think coaches are objective you're crazy. So, Chryst will get every opportunity to win the job. What does that mean. He will be put in better play calling position. He will get more slack.
That doesn't mean he isn't the better QB. He may rightfully deserve the job, but i can promise you that every afforded favor is being slanted his way.
