If you look at the top teams in the country, they all depend on having an elite QB, and QB development. How good we are in the next couple years depends almost entirely one JG. We need a new OC, and we need him to be great with quarterbacks. We need someone like Lane Kiffin, who is a great play caller and can develop any QB. What are some options for QB coach/OC

You are fooling yourself if you think the issue is with the OC. This offense is Butch Jone's trainwreck, DeBord is just an empty suit used for run Butch's horrific offense.

Neocon just said this in another thread but it fits here as well. Hire Major Applewhite,Houston's OC and QB coach, and give him the reigns to the O.
