JG has "arm talent", a 60%+ completion percentage, and a 2:1 TD/INT ratio with 4 total TD's...but arm talent..he got it..

Yeah I'm surprised no one is looking at Shrout even though he is a Freshman. Already bigger than JG, not saying he gets close to starting but that's who id put my interest in for seasons to come.

I don't care who the starting q.b. is, provided they can get the ball to our playmakers in the receiving position. Palmer, Woody-Anderson, Johnson, Jennings, Callaway, etc. etc.
With 300 passing yards per game and 150 rushing yards per game, we can score 30 or more points per game and overcome any deficiency that the defense may have.
We need a q.b. that can get the job done. A Casey Clausen, Tee Martin or Manning type.
Offensive line play needs to improve also to give q.b. more time to find open receivers.

They are the same size. What are you talking about? 😐
Shrout is a couple years from being ready to play though.

No news though. Some say JG has it locked up. Some say KC is the favorite.

Interested in him redshirting, maybe getting some snaps, and being interesting in the future. For now...two QB’s are the conversation.

He’s been in a college program for 4 years, I’m sure he’s aware what a defense can do.

Without this it won't matter who the QB is. I think it is Chryst's job to lose.

I meant weight wise. Not Height. Wasn't trying to start an arguement. I don't think Shrout starts this year or next (unless something crazy happens) but I do hope he gets some touches like Butchna said.

I'm not trying to argue. I wouldn't call someone being one pound heavier in listed weight bigger than the other guy. Plus JG apparently is still putting on weight. Have you seen him now? Shrout isn't bigger than him. You keep saying he is bigger like he has 20 lbs on him.

Now Chryst. That is a big dude. He is huge compared to both.

KC has one year of eligibility left, correct? JG has 3. Explain to me that if the competition is even somewhat close why you wouldn't start JG? Otherwise you start KC, JG transfers, where does that leave you next year?
