I dont care if the CIA is torturing foreign terrorists or spies etc...doesnt bother me a bit. It's the spying on US citizens, killing presidents, attempted coups(trump) and other illegal crap here at home that I cant stand. Terrorists do not have constitutional rights..neither do illegal immigrants Btw...but those of us who won the lottery of luck and were born US citizens are and should be treated with the rights given to us by our constitution without exception.

Any agents or suits employed by the CIA, FBI etc found to be breaking the laws given to protect us and our privacy should be imprisoned in gen pop with no special protections...among the worst criminals. This fate would surely deter future acts of abuse against US citizens.

Trump is a scum bag for encouraging an investigation into your admitted scum bag? That's not how it works, Einstein.

As much as the Dems want to portray it as so, it's not a crime to expose Democrat scumminess. And running for President doesn't make one immune to investigation. It makes you a prime target--rightfully so.

No, trump is a scumbag for lots of reasons - up to and including using his position to strong arm foreign leaders into witch hunts for dirt on the child of his political rival. BTW, where's the evidence Hunter actually did anything wrong? Rudy keeps saying he has the receipts but refuses to produce them, instead parroting that the Biden's are dirty. Time to put up or shut up...

The hilarity in this is that we know that Trump sought help from Russia in the run up to 2016, why would anyone believe he wouldn't do it again?

The hilarity is that it isn't illegal to seek opposition research from foreigners. Oops.

There's no proof he strong armed anyone. Oops.

It isn't illegal to ask that political opponents be investigated. Oops.

Hunter Biden may be completely innocent. That's not the point. If Trump asked for an investigation, it was of Biden's activities.

None of that is illegal. Now, if he'd used his office to sponsor illegal spying of US citizens via US intelligence via FISA fraud and abuses, that would be a problem. But he's not accused of that, so whataboutism doesn't work.
