I have the same problem as you. Mine is naturally curly. And we want what we don't have naturally, so I straighten it.

I'm starting to like it curly again so I have let it go that way more often lately. Though I do have to say that I have a very strong preference for my hair long. If it doesn't hit below my chest, it's not long enough.
