Thx for the translation! I’d been kind of curious about that, guessing at it from context, but I would never have made the random guess that it came from a Russian Jewish (Yiddish oriented) music forum. That’s awesome, glad I asked.

Re: that (avatar) site .... I think that site / forum was called Jewniverse ... they have a new forum now I think .. but the old forum / skin / content might still be working as it used to, I am pretty sure.

Cool thx, I’ll check it out. I just thought it was cool that there was a forum devoted to Russian/Jewish/Yiddish music. Not surprising, there are forums for everything, but still.

I find ethno-specific music discovery really fascinating and I can get lost in reading forum discussions for hours. There’s so much you learn by osmosis.
