Losing sucks. That’s a fact. No one wants their team to lose.
We are a great fan base. Most schools would be staring down a half empty stadium after a decade of irrelevance. We sold an average of 98,000 last year.
It’s going to be a long season. JP has to learn to be a head coach. The players weren’t recruited to play in a pro form offense. They have to learn to do that. There is a massive chance in culture going on that some of these guys didn’t sign up for, so there will be resistance.
More than likely, we will be lucky to get to 4 wins this year. If something clicks, we may get to 6 wins.
If we build correctly this time we can be successful. Pruitt is a football guy and he’ll learn the other stuff. Players will evolve or they will quit. New players will come in. It’ll take time but anything done right does.
Stay away from the ledge. Expect nothing this year and be thrilled if it starts working. Have faith that we are on the right path. Go Vols!

Instead of building a fence, we need to extend an olive branch to Rohan Davey’s mom. Kevin Burnette needs to personally deliver it along with a heartfelt apology. The curse feels realer than ever.
