How many different ways can this topic be discussed......without discussing it? Come'on give this stuff a rest. Tennessee fans should give Pruitt a decent chance/time to fix a program that we all can agree has fallen on hard times for the past 11 years. Saban nor Urban Cryer would accept this position for any amount of money, because of the 11 year debacle by UT Administration. This is Phillip Fulmer's coach and it is not a pixie dust fix, it will take long days/nights by this coaching staff to fix it. If the UT Fans become toxic..........again, who the hell would want to come here with a fan base that expect 1 year turnarounds?

I think everyone one of us better take a big drink of reality and realize the UT Fan base and Program is broken, and we better get behind this coach or no one worth their salt in the future will want this job just to inherit a toxic community and university. Fulmer said, we ALL need to get behind this program or even recruit will avoid this school because of the growing reputation (bad) this fan base is building. So, Pruitt is the man and it will get better and I am a VFL.............period.

The press conferences with Coach DJT would be interesting. Coach DJT would say "Believe me, the Vols have a tough first 4 games. They play Georgia, Florida, Alabama. Of course, some member of the press would mention that UT plays Alabama in Game 7 and DJT would show a schedule with Chattanooga scratched out in black sharpie and Alabama put in its place.

Since we are being hypothetical after all, imagine if he would've stuck around, which I'm sure he wishes he would've... imagine where we would be. We perhaps would've been in a little trouble here and there and might possibly have had a few more players arrested but that's okay, because at the end of the day we'd have a heck of a lot more wins. Perhaps a couple vacated but who's counting.
