I don't there are too many "raw" punt returners though. DeSean Jackson, Hester, Bush. None of them are raw, just quick and shifty playmakers. Rajion is rather heavy footed.

Raw, as in he's a frosh and will get better. He's 18 or 19 yrsold, he'll develope.

I don't doubt that. He needs to get faster though. Unless he wants to be Poole 2.0. Good vision, strong, but no lacks elite speed.
