For some reason there has been an influx of troll threads started about butch and him leaving or any other kind of irrational idea! Please stop responding to these. We can take our board back with actual Vol fans! That is all, have a great night and a better tomorrow😬

"Page WAS left blank intentionally, but then I had to come back and type this in, so you nimrods would understand that there was never suppose to be anything here".

I commented on one of them. But the people that start speculatory threads aren't trolls. Virtually every that comes in this board is a die hard vols fan

If you're ignoring the idea that he could leave, then you're being very, very naive.

I'm not saying it's going to happen, but as I said back during the summer, I wouldn't be at all surprised if he does.

Where is Butch going to go? Some little school or a crappy Big 10 college? Yeah...I'm sure he is ready to take a pay cut.

It's gotten to where I have so many threads on Ignore now, it doesn't even look like there are any threads being responded to when I log onto VN now because everyone's probably just jawing back and forth in the dumb ones.

Not going anywhere for less money, but smaller schools have the money now. BigTen school have more money than the SEC does. Their network generates 50% more money for each school than the SEN does.

You're obviously not factoring the CBS/SEC TV contract into that which is worth $55 million per year through 2024. To say that the Big Ten has more than the SEC is questionable at best - more likely it's close to the same. Also, you didn't answer the question. Butch Jones is making $4.1 million per year (base salary) from Tennessee. Who in their right mind is going to more than match that for him right now and why would they? He has done a good job here but has not exactly performed a miracle either.

Also, name one Big Ten school who doesn't already have a much better coach than Butch Jones who he would leave Tennessee for? In other words, don't say Ohio St or Michigan.
