Not only that, it was the exact same play all 3 times. Fade to Julio Jones. The first thought I had after the 3rd unsuccessful attempt was, "What the Hell is Saban thinking?"

Seems to me that Strongtower's argument about "Who defends an unproven coach (paraphrased)" can ALSO be said about the Dooley defenders, and that statement was not tied to Kiffin alone. The Kiffinites (SGM, and the like) brought up THAT argument. The dude didn't even bring up Dooley, you did. Kiffin is unproven and so is Dooley. Kiffin is a heartless creep, Dooley hasn't been here long enough to know yet. Anybody with half a brain knows that Kiffin is a top notch recruiter (see Bryce Brown). And anybody with half a brain knows there is no evidence to prove whether Kiffin is a bad coach, or a good coach. Definitely a creep though.
