Another excellent job by Pearl on television. I'm glad I was lucky enough to have the show on and see him this time.

Pearl is The Man. That's all I have to say. I love having my coach doing interviews on just about every ESPN show imaginable. Seems like he's on PTI once a week :)

I rarely get to catch his TV appearances, being on a different time zone and all, but this one was good.

I got to see PTI with Bruce and it was great!!!!!!!!!!! I am glad he is our coach.Tony and Wilbon just loves that guy when he is on the show

Just listen to the Podcast I referenced above to hear his comments on Hansborough. I don't think they were particularly disrespectful, just factual based on first-hand observation. Remember, we played UNC at the start of the season.

Cool - Thanks for the audio link. I'll tell my UNC friend to post that on the Carolina boards so they can hear it and not someone's interpretation.

The posters on there were kind of confused about what Pearl said, and overall, I've heard UNC fans actually like Pearl and are really intrigued by what he's doing. A lot of them refer to UT as the Bizarro UNC. Kinda makes sense.

it was pretty much the same thing he's been saying most all his interviews, cold pizza, etc....nothing relly new...

he is pulling a lou holtz though when starts talking about how OSU has gotten much better than us since our game in Jan....even if it's true, he's been saying it a ton!!!....

never a bad thing to see him on air though...

Who wouldn't want Pearl on their show??? He's charismatic, successful, controversal at times, and a great interview.

You want media coverage for your school? That's the guy you want as a coach.

Guarantee they'd be singing a different tune had UT smoked UNC earlier in the year.
