Everybody I've talked to in person that has a PS3 has had absolutely no problems running it whatsoever. Quiet as a hummingbird compared to the 360, too.
Yes... Not huge. But the difference is framerate drops. When something is at 30fps and drops, it chops out and affects gameplay. When something is 60fps and drops, it just gets a little less smooth, but doesn't really affect gameplay.
From getting at least 30-40 first hand accounts per week over the last couple months (from gamers, not Blu-Ray watchers), the PS3 is definitley far more stable than the XBox 360.
I know you're a complete XBox sheep, but you've really lost it, asserting that the 360 is a more stable machine.
freak, is it possible to block somebody in just one forum? Because when it comes to video games and computer technology, you just officially lost your "knowing what the hell you're talking about" license.
Translation: One of my buddies has a PS3 and it didn't break either time he played it. It's a really quiet blu-ray player since the loud fans only kick in when gaming.
