PS3/Controller?

So i just decided to use ps3 controller that come with the console. The d-pad buttons are not stuck but constantly scrolling left right up or down. I bought the system at best buy and got protection thing with it. Anyone know if it covers controllers also?

Something is up with their controllers lately. That's how mine started then kept getting worse. I will def start keeping my receipts for now on

They will probably replace it. Never had issues with the controllers myself.
