Lets start with a real DC. Being HC and DC with no HC experience didnt work for Derek Mason, it sure and f***k aint working for you JP either.
Others have called games, I dont know for sure who called this one, but sherrer called the bama game.

Clearly outcoached.
Exactly.....but will he fess up? Muschump been thru this numerous times with UT. JP knows Gus at Auburn cause he's used to playing him in the west. Different story in the east. Best he quits blaming the players because he and Helton have longer to go than they think. Plum-dumb play-calling and strategy.I'll explain in a different thread. Too pissed now.

Those of you blaming the refs need to stop. There are always bad calls in football games. The refs didnt let SC just up and down the fiekd at will. We lost because our defense sucks and our coaches had a terrible game. We should have won that game easily by 2-3 scores.
One of the most penalized teams in he conference had 2 penalities for 9 yards...

The team played hard. I didn’t see anyone quit. We just didn’t play well on the defensive side of the ball. I still think we get to 6 wins and that will be an accomplishment with this roster.

That is the dumbest thing I ever heard. This team does not know how to win. Winning is a learned behavior. The coach did not miss 100 tackles

Fairly certain they ain't learning that skill this year. Wonder when this staff will start working on teaching that behavior? While i''m not getting paid $3.846M to coach anybody, If i were i think that would be top of the checklist for me when it came to important things to do today.

Any guesses what they have in mind with regard to teaching winning as a behavior?

How bout the xoachndirext some of that anger towards the referees instead of the players.

You are right that he doesn't spend enough time chewing on the refs. He gets behind the eight-ball because he doesn't work the refs like other coaches do. Probably because he's too busy trying to be a defensive coordinator at the same time.

I also have serious concerns about his management of timeouts. Specifically, the fact that he seems to forget he has them.

Or himself, because he got schooled tonight. He set the tone by kneeing the ball on the 40 with 50secs left and a TO in his pocket. His defense got embarrassed by a pedestrian offense. One of the worst in the league. They literally quit on the field. Didnt even try.

Hello 4-8

that kneel out going into half was chicken ****. I was really surprised at him for doing that, because he has impressed me as a risk taking, non chicken **** type coach. Further, I think you have to play the psychological game there - Muschamp calls timeout trying to get a stop/get ball back, we are moving ball, make him sorry for thinking he could stop us/get ball back before half.

Not challenging the td fumble is completely on Pruitt as is not letting the back up qb in the game. The starter either can’t see the field or just can’t throw the ball on time.
I think it is someone is the booths responsibility to call down to Pruitt so he can make the challenge. The rest of your post is right on imo

We knew it would be a tough year, but we could have won 6 and gone to a bowl. Tonight it looked like Pruitt doesn’t care what his record is this year. Not starting Chryst opened him up to criticism and his defense looked like dog crap the second half. SC made adjustments and we fell apart.

It’s going to take a couple stellar recruiting cycles to catch up on talent. If JP cannot outcoach WM, he will suffer the same fate as Dooley and Jones.

Good grief JG was not the reason why we lost. Give it the hell up
I remember a game last week were the starter couldn’t move the ball at all. I’m sure it was the o lines fault but then the back up came in and scored back to back tds. Read coverages and threw on time so of course he got no playing time today.

You do realize KC wasn’t playing the same defense right?
