The facts are we are irrelevant for a reason and have been for years. We didnt get that way in 3/4ths of a season. He hasnt proven he's gonna change that in 3/4ths of a season. But he sure hasnt proven he cant thru the same amount of games either.

Dude, the games suck. Our coaches suck. VN is the only fun associated with UT football i have left. Im about them lulz, son.

The coaches are to blame for failing to have a game plan to beat CHARLOTTE. If you are buying that their recruiting classes have been superior to ours then you are simply making excuses for a rookie staff.


Anyine can look great when you have far better talent than the vast majority if teams you play. Great coaches inspire kids to play above their current talent level. They also create game plans to take advantage of what you have and minimize the weaknesses you have.

Great coaches rarely mention how they need better players to compete.

I would just like to see the offense and the defense both show up for the last 3 games, instead of just one or the other as in the last 2 games.

In his defense, Pruitt is a straight-shooter, and the assessment works when we've played Bama, UGA...

Today, though, no excuse. We have significantly more talent than the team we played.

Whatever bud. You continue to let the players slide and blame coaches. If that makes you feel better go for it. So you expect a rookie HC to automatically be great with a roster that went 4-8 last year? By your tone you have set Pruitt up for failure. So your opinion is noted.

Did it come as a surprise to you when CJP stated that Bama had more talent than us? I would think most football fans are well aware of that fact. What was his point in saying it?

CJP needs to coach what he has in way that will allow them to be successful. Maybe he can only coach well when he has better players than the other side...

Think that's kind of what I was saying to begin with. BTW, I don't think our coaches suck--at least not yet. They deserve this year, next year and the year after to make a final, informed judgement. I'll bet they turn out ok. Our offensive line sucks bad--maybe Friend sucks pretty bad, as well.
