Pruitt talks offensive struggles

The talent argument should be useless for this game. Even with the roster we have, we should have dominated UNCC. They’ve had a team for only five years. Do we have SEC talent in the lines? No. Should they still be better than who they matched up today? Yes.

The talent argument doesn’t work today.

Have you watched this offense?
It doesn’t take much to see what we have to work with. We have a decent QB, good RBs and WRs, but none of that matters because the line is so horrible. Can’t run when they can’t run block and are getting hit 3-5yds behind the line and can’t pass when the other team is getting to the QB with a 3 man rush and 7 protecting.

I’ll take him knowing he’s stuck with what he’s got, over Lyle ignoring reality and feeding us some garbage about why the O is so bad.

Pruitt is a real coach and not like either of those losers imo.....He still has to prove it on the field....nobody believed in Dooley at all....Butch was harder to tell but the signs were there to see that he was not the man for the job.

Knew both Dooley and Butch weren't going to cut it from the start. Having the same feelings about Pruitt.

I love Pruitt....He was my choice from the beginning and couldnt believe we actually got him. I hated the Dooley hire and wasnt sure about Butch until a couple of years in and started seeing some negative signs in his coaching.

There’s zero doubt in my mind that the OL quits approximately every offensive snap. We have some offensive skill players and our defense finished strong today after a slow start. But our OL? None of them can play at this level.

Unfortunately, with the passage of even more precious time we will find out who was right.

Im claiming he was my choice in the beginning while we still suck and not after he becomes successful.....Im not talking about wanting him over Saban or Dabo.....I mean all the realistic candidates that were mentioned during our search.....I have wanted him here since he coached at Georgia....I was watching an interview with him while at georgia and they showed all the stats he improved on defense from the year before he got there and I thought(still do) that he is/was the next great coaching hire. He may prove me wrong and you can make fun of me when we are onto our next coaching hire.

Just kidding. So what is the little proverb (?) that the 'Doc' that you gave a 'like' to thinks I should be checking--still waiting. Again, congrats on your relationship--love is a beautiful thing.
